Two slightly different variations have turned up so far.
One has MANUFACTURED BY CBS/SONY RECORDS INC. stamped in the center plastic area
and has a matrix number 38XD-1 21 or 38XD-1 21A1. The other has CSR COMPACT DISC repeated three
times stamped in the center plastic area and has a matrix number 38XD-1 21A1, 21A2, 21A2 +++++
or 21A3 +++++. Others are possible.

There is no manufacturing information. Oddly enough, there is more English
in this booklet than there is Japanese.
Note that the cover is very much different than the one chosen for all other releases worldwide.

Rear tray insert "Printed in Japan" without barcode.
There is nothing printed on the reverse.

Notes: This target CD is scarce, even in Japan.

Jewel case info: (21A2 matrix) smooth frosted case with two long stopper bars and "Patent pending 2"
embossed on the back. "2" is embossed on one tab.
