MADE IN U.S.A. | | BY DADC
"Made in USA - Digital Audio Disc Corp. D" is embossed in the plastic center.
Matrix number: DIDX-2840 1 (plus a bunch of characters and barcode-like stuff)
"DIDY 2840" appears under the catalog number.
There also exists an even later variation, more or less identical, except
"DIDY 002840" appears under the catalog number.
Note the background color is darker than "common" West German Nonesuch target discs.

Front cover of the eight-page booklet
Page seven states "Made in U.S.A."

Rear tray insert "Made in U.S.A." with barcode.
Above that line is "Manufactured by Columbia House under license."
Nothing is printed on the reverse.

Notes: This target CD is very hard to find to find. Expect to search a long while.
Based on the matrix, it appears this one was manufactured in the early nineties, if
not later, well after the target design was discontinued in the U. S.
Evidently, Columbia House didn't get that memo!
