There is a variation with MADE IN | | WEST GERMANY at the bottom and 305-2 (64305) as the catalog
number. I don't have a picture yet.

I have found this disc variation with both the standard thick orange background,
and with a thinner candy-apple orange glossy orange paint.

Later copies have MADE IN W. GERMANY BY PDO etched around the center hole.

The only tray inlay associated with this target CD.

Notes: This target CD is uncommon, but can be found with persistence. I have found
it to be the most common Grover Washington, Jr. target CD, but it is still not
readily available.

Jewel case info: (POLYGRAM) smooth frosted-top two-dimple case with "33" embossed on one tab,
and "31" embossed on the back portion, inside bottom center. Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending 23"

(POLYGRAM) Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending 4.1"

(PDO, no POLYGRAM) heavy ridged-top six-tab two-dimple case with "103" embossed on one tab,

After the target design was discontinued in the U. S., WEA continued to outsource disc manufacturing
to pressing plants worldwide, until they opened their own plant in September 1986.


Rear tray insert "Printed in Japan by Sanyo." without a barcode.
Nothing is printed on the reverse.
Mine is housed in a smooth clear-top case with an "2" embossed on the top of the front section
and a "B" on the bottom. An "A" is embossed on the top of the back portion and a "1" on the bottom.
