These are the only three disc variations that I am aware of.

Front cover of the six-page foldout booklet
Booklets paired with WG rear tray inserts say "Manufactured by PolyGram in Hanover, West Germany
Printed in West Germany" on page five.
Those booklets paired with USA rear tray inserts say "Printed in U.S.A." on page five.

Rear tray insert, "Printed in West-Germany" with barcode.
The POLYGRAM (no PDO) version can be found with this back inlay.
"960 205-2" is printed on the reverse.

The versions with PDO in the hub area (and sometimes plain POLYGRAM discs) can be found in this rear inlay,
"Printed in U.S.A." with barcode. US target and non-target, and Japanese non-target pressings
can also be found with this US insert. Nothing is printed on the reverse.

Notes: Not long ago, I considered this disc fairly easy to find, based on my experiences in finding them
at used CD stores. I guess I was lucky back then, as most collectors have had a very hard
time finding a copy. It is on many collectors' wantlists.

Jewel case info: (POLYGRAM disc and USA inserts) a small "3" is embossed on the back.
Eight-prong disc tray embossed "Patents pending 15"

(POLYGRAM disc and WG inserts) heavy ridged-top six-tab two-dimple case with "42" embossed on one tab

MADE IN JAPAN (at 6 o'clock)
Matrix info: 60205-2 X-106 1A1 CTA CO. LTD, JAPAN
CTA was a small Japanese plant, that mostly supplied discs for small labels.
Prior to 1987, WEA also contracted with CTA occasionally, and they even
supplied a few target discs. The Pretenders and John Fogerty are examples.
The paper inserts are the standard U.S.A. inserts as shown above in the target section.
