front cover of the booklet
Note the Gold Record Award seal. This seal was removed when the remastered
version was released in the late 1980s. On the latest remaster, it has reappeared.
Note also that there is a retouched area above the Elektra logo. This will be
found on all West German and French pressings. For the Japanese and US target
pressings, the booklet has the catalog number in this area. The West German-printed
booklet is a six-page foldout one-piece affair. This French pressing uses the West
German booklet, although the back insert is printed in France.
Some copies have surfaced that have French-printed booklets. Reportedly, the cover is
slightly different. I don't have a picture yet.

Rear tray insert, Printed in France, no UPC, old Elektra logo.
Note that the word, "France" is in a different typeface than the rest
of the back cover.

Notes: There are only a few copies of this disc in collector hands as far as I know.
I found this one in a record store in Los Angeles (for only eight bucks!), but
I have no reason to believe it was actually distributed in the US.
Many international discs wind up in LA. In spite of intense searching by many
collectors, few copies have yet to surface. Until more copies come to market,
I have to rate this as scarce.
