Front cover of booklet
This is the same booklet used for early copies of the common disc version.
Note the Gold Record Award seal. This seal was removed when the remastered
version was released in the late 1980s. On the latest remaster, it has reappeared.
Note also that there is a retouched area above the Elektra logo. This will be
found on all West German and French pressings. For the Japanese and US target
pressings, the booklet has the catalog number in this area. The West German-printed
booklet is a six-page foldout one-piece affair.

Rear tray insert "Printed in West Germany" no barcode, old Elektra logo.
"74007-2" is printed on the reverse.
This back inlay is known to house this variation. This inlay also can house
the matte version of the orange and silver paint version.

Notes: This disc has turned up only recently, and only a few copies are in collector hands
as far as I know. Now that it has been documented, more may surface.
